Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking to break down pallets for other uses. Also if the boards are very wide you have to be more careful to not split them. I tried to find pallets that were a little thicker anyway. I used a piece of 1' black iron pipe that was 4 feet long for the handle and it was perfect.
I will never go back to the old way again. In the past i have broken pallets down using a hammer and circular saw which worked OK.
